I have seen estimates of 20-30 million illegal aliens in America. Does the left envision due process, discovery, trials, appeals, and so on, for 30 million people who invaded America? Did the British soldiers who invaded America in 1812 get due process because 5A applies to all persons? Absurd! It is a Constitutional duty of POTUS to protect the country from invasion. If he cannot expel invaders, he cannot fulfill his duty.
Let's just carry out some logic. If one of us enter another country illegally, as in we don't belong there, then we are certainly not going to be looked upon as a friend. We have to go through the proper procedures, using the proper channels at their ports of entry. That is why we have to declare ourselves and our purpose when we go into Canada or Mexico. You certainly aren't a friend of the country. And If you use counterfeit government documents like a counterfeit Social Security that is a felony and you are definitely an enemy of the country no matter how you try to justify it. People go to prison for false impersonation all of the time.
The other thing is that you have zero United States Constitutional rights if you are not a citizen. If we say that the illegals have Constitutional rights, then we are also saying that everyone on this planet has those rights, even people that have never been here, because being a citizen means nothing at that point in time. The deal is that you are a squatter. You are here illegally. You did not follow the legal process to be here, so you can go home and start over. There is a long line of people willing to do it right and a cartel isn't involved in sneaking them in here. And the other thing is that we need to go after the businesses that have fostered this fraud. If it weren't for them this wouldn't be happening.

Many states I believe have it on the books where persons with no symptoms but may possibly been exposed to someone who was ill can be quarantined for up to 5 days with no due process. Only then to my understanding can one apply for habeus corpus hearing....if one even knows about the law as there is no requirement for the quarantined to be notified of the process.
I recall during the plandemic that there was a number of calls to quarantine the unvaccinated in a number of states. Not many sole proprietors or workers at small firms can dissappear for a week without very serious repercussions.
Curious about this and whether we all should be pushing to get these state laws changed...don't even know if buried in law language or administrative rules if similar quarantine exists at the federal level. Would many people simply disappear?
